The Impact of a Home report
We know that providing safe, convenient and well-designed homes for everyone has a long-term positive impact on society, improving people's health, wellbeing and attainment. However the industry doesn't have a clear way of measuring this impact.
Through our research we have explored what is would mean to deliver homes that give people access to green spaces, adequate room to grow and are close to vital services, estimating £103bn of social impact if we get this right for the 1.5m homes we need to build in the next five years.
