As Head of Business Development & Marketing Emma is responsible for cultivating and implementing plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities. She has a national remit and is lucky to work closely with all staff across the business to deliver growth.

Emma worked towards developing a career in Business Development since graduating from the University of Bath with a degree in International Relations and Politics. In her previous role at Novia Financial, a leading wealth management platform, Emma formed the vanguard for a new line of business to lead on B2B growth.

Emma captains a rag tag team of willing netballers called the ‘Bath Honey Badgers’ and can usually be found clutching an over-priced cup of coffee with notes of lavender petals and battenburg. An aspiring chef, Emma spends a lot of her time outside work hosting friends and family for dinner at her home in Wiltshire.
