We’re incredibly proud to share that our Chief Executive, Nikki Davies, has been named on The Planner’s Women of Influence list for 2026.

Published every year for International Women’s Day, the list celebrates women who’ve had a real impact on planning over the past year. It recognises 50 women from across the UK who are shaping the profession in different ways, with this year’s list placing particular emphasis on justice, rights and advocacy.

Nikki has been a vocal advocate for culture change in planning, challenging misogyny and promoting women’s leadership. She also spearheaded our Impact of a Home research, the first UK study to quantify the social value of delivering good-quality homes in the right places.
