Dandara Living's BtR United & Armouries development in central Birmingham will deliver 162 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments on a former brownfield site.

The site will also deliver incorporated co-working spaces, lounges, and outdoor spaces for relaxation and socialising.

Strategy

We were delighted to organise and manage a topping-out ceremony to celebrate this key milestone in the site’s build.

Outcome

Attended by stakeholders from across the city, the event resulted in increased awareness for Dandara at a significant milestone in the progression of the build.
