As a Senior Account Manager in the South East team, Will has a track record of success in supporting clients across the region to effectively engage with local communities and stakeholders. Having successfully steered a range of clients from national housebuilders to local housing associations through the planning process, Will has a particular enthusiasm for and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of the retirement living sector.

A former District Councillor in his hometown of St Albans, where he also sat on the planning committee, Will is passionate about fostering positive change through quality placemaking. After studying Politics as an undergraduate, Will went on to gain a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Warwick.

Will now lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife and their miniature dachshund, Penelope. When not running around in circles after Penelope, Will spends most of his free time reading books, listening to podcasts and, weather permitting, on the golf course.
