Account Director

Alex is an Account Director with over seven years’ experience securing planning permissions for clients across the property and infrastructure sectors. Having worked for a number of leading public affairs and comms agencies, Alex specialises in planning communications and engagement and utilises his extensive knowledge of planning communications to provide insightful and valuable analysis for clients.

He has a track record of securing planning consents in the East of England, as well as London and the South East and has been able to turn controversial applications into consents by fostering strong relationships with local politicians and winning support with local stakeholders. He has secured planning consents for a diverse range of portfolios including urban regeneration projects, Green Belt development, land promotion as well as major infrastructure projects such as schools, hospitals and data centres.

As Account Director, Alex will be in charge of providing strategic advice to clients and ensuring that the project is delivered on-time and to the highest expected standards.

When not working on projects or keeping up with local government activities and the property industry, Alex enjoys motorsport, running and when time permits – golf.
