Ailsa Rhodes

Account Executive

As an Account Executive for the Midlands and North team, Ailsa's work involves a wide range of tasks. She conducts research, organises consultations, and provides support with stakeholder engagement.

Ailsa's passion for social justice and equality led her to study Sociology at the University of Sheffield. After falling in love with both the city and the course, she worked in marketing for the University and Student's Union for over two years. In these roles, she enjoyed worked on campaigns focused on sustainability, student welfare and advocacy.

Outside of work, Ailsa enjoys going to the cinema and keeping her Letterboxd up to date. When she's not watching a film, she enjoys hiking in the Peak District and (unsuccessfully!) teaching herself the drums.
